Nail fungus is something that’s been plaguing me for years. It’s not that it’s a life-threatening problem or anything of that nature. However, it does affect your life to some extent, and it’s just so plain ugly. I mean, a woman who is in her early 30’s certainly does not want to have to deal with toenail fungus. Well, no-one wants to have to deal with this.
I hunted high and low for a nail fungus treatment. Nothing worked though. I would try stuff for months at a time, only to find that it didn’t work. That’s not at all a good scenario to have to deal with. I learned that it’s a difficult problem to have to take care of because the fungus actually resides within our blood stream.
I visited the doctor too. I thought that she would know how I could figure this out. But even she was not entirely sure about it. I mean, if your doctor does not know, then who does know?
Anyway, I decided to try out some home remedies. I thought I had little to lose by doing so. I’d read some stuff about home remedies so I wanted to see if something would work for me.
I also heard that urine works too. Isn’t that a bit strange? But quite a lot of people have used this method to good effect. I thought that was not quite the right thing for me though. I couldn’t even imagine soaking my feet in my own urine.
But regardless, I still figured that home remedies for toenail fungus was the way to proceed. I wasn’t going to give up on this, not until I’d found something that worked for me. And no matter how long it would take either.
Then I learned that using vinegar is a pretty decent way to fix the problem. So I gave that a try. I mixed some vinegar with warm water and would steep my feet in the evening time in this concoction. Quite an enjoyable experience. It’s nice and relaxing. And it works too. It really did work very well, although it does take a while so you have to be patient with it.
